Inmates now scale with the player level, and continued fights with them make them stronger.

Rep Fights are now much harder

Inmate Denny would lock his cell door on any fight with him, changed this to only the first.

Fixed issue where player would get stuck above the basement, causing them to be forever stuck in there forcing a new game.
